Our Goal
We commit to applying the relevant lessons learned in class to our own Stupendous Siete group and in our respective professional lives. We will strive for diligent research, effective application and fruitful collaboration resulting in an "A" level group paper.

Our Purpose
We will embark on a journey to co-create a thought-provoking and supportive group in which to grow individually and collectively to explore, understand the theories, skills and practices of effective groups.
Our Roles
  1. Initiator/facilitator:Will be responsible for addressing a rich discussion thread on next weeks topic by Thursday the previous week so that team members can better apply and understand the context and content of the topic.. Will help facilitate process to make sure all voices are heard.
  2. Liaison to Rena:Will serve as contact point for team business with Rena ( are we still keeping this?)
  3. Organizer/:Will be responsible for ensuring our team is in congruence and making necessary progress on assignments, our group project and that we aren't missing any important details. Organizes group materials and individual contributions consistently and in a timely manner to ensure there is cohesion; addresses any "bump" or roadblock to efficient processes, communication, and overall progress.
  4. APA Master: Will be responsible for checking to ensure progress made on our group paper is accurate according to APA standards.
  5. Group Report-Out Leader: Is responsible for summarizing the previous week's group discussion. (Recommend this rotates every week so that everyone has opportunity to do at least once; click on link to sign up for a week or two).

Our Deliverables
We will:
• Build upon understanding of the basic theories, tools and approaches of organizational development.
• Expand our critical thinking skills.
• Perform in our expected roles in order to support the groups goals and deliverables.
• Increase comfort and familiarity with the APA style for citations.
• Offer timely and meaningful feedback to postings.
• Collaborate synchronously and asynchronously using different methods and tools.
• Apply strategies and knowledge in our individual work environments.
